Why generate accounts and passwords in bulk?
Creating usernames and passwords one row at a time is slow and error-prone when you are preparing a test environment, product demo, or import template. Reusing a predictable word-and-number pattern also produces weak credentials.
The ComTools Account & Password Generator creates multiple usernames, email addresses, and passwords in one operation. You can preview the results, copy individual values, or export the paired data to Excel without creating an account.
Generate passwords only
If you already have usernames and only need new passwords:
- Select Passwords only.
- Enter the quantity; the default is 3.
- Choose Random, Memorable, or PIN.
- Adjust the length and character options.
- Generate the results, or copy the automatically generated passwords when the quantity is 3 or fewer.
Random passwords can include lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Use at least 12 characters for ordinary accounts and 16 or more for important accounts.
Generate random usernames
The Random account mode lets you configure:
- a fixed prefix such as
test_oruser_; - the length of the random section;
- a fixed suffix such as
_devor_2026; - whether the random section contains numbers;
- the number of accounts to generate.
For example, prefix qa_, random length 8, and suffix _web can produce a username such as qa_km4tp9az_web.
Enable Generate passwords together to keep each username paired with its password and avoid mistakes when copying rows manually.
Generate random email addresses
The Random email mode supports common email domains and your own custom domain. Random domains are useful for generic test records, while a custom domain is suitable for internal applications, demos, and domain-specific import testing.
The generated addresses are text only. The tool does not register mailboxes or check whether an address exists. Do not use generated addresses for spam or to bypass platform rules.
Parse an existing account list
Choose Custom accounts and paste an existing list into the input box. The tool recognizes spaces, line breaks, commas, Chinese commas, semicolons, enumeration commas, and vertical bars, then splits and deduplicates the values automatically.
For example:
alice, bob; charlie
david | erin
This becomes five account rows. Select a password rule to generate one matching password for each account.
Preview, copy, and export to Excel
Generated results appear in an online account-and-password table. Every username and password has its own copy icon. A green check mark confirms a successful copy, and you can also copy all rows at once.
Click Export Excel to download an .xlsx workbook with Account and Password columns for testing or controlled import.
Store exported files in a protected location. Delete the file or invalidate temporary passwords when the task is complete. Never share production credentials through public chats, ordinary email, or public file-sharing links.
Append passwords to an existing Excel workbook
If your accounts are already in Excel, use Excel bulk password generation at the bottom of the account settings card:
- Configure the password type, length, and character sets.
- Select an
.xlsxworkbook. - Click Generate and download.
- The tool writes a
Passwordcolumn after the last used column for non-empty data rows in each worksheet.
Excel workbooks must be sent to the server for processing. The result is returned directly for download and the site does not retain the workbook long term. For sensitive production data, remove unrelated columns first and use a trusted device and network.
Better password practices
- Use a different password for every account.
- Prefer random passwords with 16 or more characters.
- Use a multi-word memorable password when frequent manual entry is necessary.
- Use PINs only where numeric input is explicitly required.
- Enable multi-factor authentication for important accounts.
- Store real credentials in a trusted password manager.
A generator provides random values, but it does not replace access control, credential rotation, multi-factor authentication, or security auditing.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tool register the generated accounts?
No. It only generates text and does not create accounts with any website or email provider.
Can I generate accounts without passwords?
Yes. Choose Random account, Random email, or Custom accounts, then turn off Generate passwords together.
How many rows can I generate?
The page supports bulk generation. Keep the amount reasonable for your browser and use the target system's controlled import workflow for large production batches.
Can I use the generated passwords for real accounts?
You can use strong random results, but generate them only on a trusted device and move them into a password manager immediately. Plain-text Excel exports are better suited to test data and temporary controlled delivery than long-term credential storage.
