Steps
- Open Excel Batch QR Code.
- Upload an Excel or CSV file with a header row.
- Choose the sheet and content column (names like
url,link, orcodeare auto-suggested). - Set the QR column name, size, and error correction.
- Preview row counts and samples, then download Excel.

The free tool is capped at 200 rows for everyday small batches. For:

Notes
- Keep each cell under ~800 characters; shorten long URLs.
- Empty content cells are skipped (no image).
- CSV uploads export as image-enabled
.xlsx. - Files are not kept on the server after processing.
