How do I open the app?
In Jira Cloud: Apps (or Admin) → License Optimizer.
What does a sync do?
Sync scans Application Access seat holders and estimates activity from work signals (issue create / comment). Results are cached so you can review dashboards without rescanning every time.
Why do activity numbers look incomplete?
Activity is estimated from work signals, not product login / last-active. Private projects the app cannot browse may under-count activity. Savings figures are estimates, not Atlassian invoices.

Can the app delete Atlassian accounts?
No. Administrators may remove a reviewed user from Jira product access groups. The app does not delete Atlassian accounts. Protected accounts and typed confirmation help reduce mistakes. Removals are recorded in an in-app audit trail and can be restored when possible.
How do I uninstall / delete app data?
Uninstall the app from Manage apps. On uninstall we run a best-effort cleanup of cached analysis, settings, protected accounts, sync keys, and removal audit records. See our Privacy Policy.
