Export in ComTools

  1. Finish editing in the AI quote generator
  2. Check the preview totals
  3. Click Export Excelquotation_date.xlsx
  4. Or Print → Save as PDF

  • Company master: clear line items, keep headers/formulas

Brief body: validity date, contact, “reply to accept scope”. Optional: paste Markdown summary from the tool for mobile readers.
