School Timetable
Free whole-school administrative timetable: auto-avoid clashes, export class/teacher/room views. No login; data stays on your device.
Changing stage applies that stage's default periods and grades, and clears classes, assignments and the timetable. Defaults omit break rows; use Add break when needed.
When off, schedule by period names only—no start/end times needed. Times are hidden on the grid.
These values rebuild start/end times below in order. Morning reading and evening study use the lesson length.
Enter how many classes each grade has, e.g. Grade 1 → 5. The tool creates Class 1, Class 2… and a home room for each.
Rename classes or set homeroom teachers. Each class already has a home room.
Home rooms are created with classes. Add playgrounds, labs, computer rooms here.
Download the assignment template (grade, teacher, subject, classes). Class lists like 1-3,5,6 are supported.
The simple template has grade hours and subject templates 1/2; import writes assignments and creates grades/classes. Or paste teacher names, then add rows below. Weekly hours come from Subject weekly hours.
- At one time a class, a teacher and a special room can take only one lesson.
- Unavailable teacher slots and locked cells are never moved.
- Combined classes share the same time and teacher.
Pick subjects; they cannot be scheduled on the chosen weekdays and periods.
When on, morning reading may only take checked subjects. None checked means study hall only.
When on, evening study may only take checked subjects. None checked means study hall only.
Auto-schedule follows these principles when enabled.
