How do I make an export quotation PDF online?

How do I generate a proforma invoice (PI)?

Use the same deal as the quotation, switch type to Proforma Invoice so bank details and Incoterms stay in sync. Guide: /proforma-invoice.

What is the difference between PI and CI?

How do I make an export packing list?

Fill cartons, gross/net weight, volume and marks on the deal, switch to Packing List, download PDF aligned with the CI. Page: /packing-list.

Can I download a bilingual English-Chinese quotation?

Yes. Set the PDF language pack to EN, ZH or bilingual. Product names you type are not auto-translated. Page: /bilingual-quotation-pdf.

Does TradeDocs support FOB / CIF / EXW on the quotation?
