What counts as an empty row

A row is empty when every cell is blank or contains only spaces. Partially filled rows are kept.

Use this before SQL import, pivot tables, mail merge, or combining sheets from different exports.

Does this remove rows with formulas only?

If every visible cell is empty, the row is removed. Formula-only rows with blank displayed values are treated as blank.

Can I keep header rows?

Yes. Header rows with text are not blank and stay in the file.
