What does treat whitespace as blank mean?

Is my file uploaded to a server?

The file is processed to produce preview and export results. Do not upload sensitive data if your policy forbids it.

Can I remove blank rows only?

Yes. Disable remove blank columns and keep remove blank rows checked.

Why preview row count differs from Excel filter?

Excel filters hide rows visually; this tool physically removes blank rows from the exported file.
