What belongs on an export quotation?
An export quotation (QT) is the commercial starting point. Include seller and buyer with English addresses, quote number and validity, currency, Incoterms plus named place (e.g. FOB Shenzhen), payment terms (T/T deposit/balance), ports, item table (description, model, qty, unit price, amount) and optional product photos.
