“Export quotation PDF” usually means a document set
Export is not one quote. After acceptance the buyer needs a proforma invoice (PI) for T/T, a sales contract, then a commercial invoice (CI) and packing list (PL) at shipment. Copying Word/Excel five times causes mismatched totals, PI/CI numbers that do not match, and packing qty that disagrees with the invoice.
