Convert Excel Text or IDs to QR Codes
Batch-generate QR codes from serial numbers, asset IDs, or check-in codes and embed them for label printing.
Clean the ID column
One value per row; trim spaces. Use the dedup tool if needed.
Upload and pick the column
Select the text/ID column and optionally rename the QR column (e.g. Label Code).
Choose ECC and size
Stickers work well at 120 px with ECC Q; short IDs can use L.
Export and print
Download the xlsx, set the print area, and print labels in bulk.
Tips
- Keep each payload to a few hundred characters.
- Empty ID rows are skipped.
