Convert Excel URLs to QR Codes in Bulk
Turn product pages, landing pages, and short links into scannable QR codes written back into Excel.
Prepare a URL column
Use full URLs (preferably with https://). Names like url, link help auto-detect the column.
Upload and select the column
Open the batch tool, upload the file, pick the sheet, and choose the URL column.
Set size and preview
Use 120–160 px for print labels; 80 px for on-screen use. Stay within 200 rows.
Download the workbook
Open the downloaded xlsx—the rightmost new column holds scannable QR images.
Tips
- Prefer short links so codes stay easy to scan.
- For print, use ECC M or Q.
